What is your shipping policy?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to follow your shipment.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

If the item is damaged, incorrect or faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within  5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.
