Return & Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that fit may vary depending on body type. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@madisonandivy.com. Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
All returns must be shipped to our central fulfillment warehouse in China. The full return address will be provided by our customer service team once your return has been approved.
Customers are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Selecting a shipping provider that supports customs clearance
- Paying any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees
- Ensuring accurate customs documentation
Madison & Ivy is not responsible for return parcels that are delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs issues or incorrect shipping methods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at info@madisonandivy.com within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a resolution.
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, Madison & Ivy will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We only accept returns for items that meet the return conditions stated above. Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
