Currency
All prices on our website and at checkout are displayed in US Dollars (USD). If your card or bank account is in a different currency, your bank may apply a conversion rate and charge additional fees. Madison & Ivy has no control over these charges.
Payment Security
Our website uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This technology encrypts your personal and payment information while it is being transmitted, so it cannot be read by third parties. You can recognise a secure connection by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar and by the "https://" at the start of our website URL.
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other certified payment providers. These providers comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), the international security standard for handling credit and debit card information.
Your Payment Information
We do not have access to your full card details. When you place an order, we only receive:
- Your billing information
- Your shipping information
- Your order details
- The last 4 digits of your card (for reference only)
Your full card number, expiry date, and CVC are handled directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Order Confirmation and Authorisation
When you place an order, your payment is authorised immediately. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail once the payment has been successfully processed. If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed and no charge will be made.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or payment information with third parties, except where required to process your order (for example, with our payment provider or shipping carrier). For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
